Why do we need this information? It enables us to choose the right property for you, to compliment your current and future financial objectives.

When you sign the UNIQ Referral and Consent Form you are simply giving permission for your details to be passed on to us. At UNIQ we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all personal information held.

Then there are referral fees. Referral fees can be a confusing issue and we need to be upfront about it. When you purchase a UNIQ product, your referrer receives a fee from UNIQ. Why? Because, unlike a local agency who sells to the public, and therefore must consider advertising and marketing fees, UNIQ works through a direct referral system, paying the referrer a fee instead.

It is essential you understand that this fee is NOT loaded on to the price of your property, but paid directly to the referrer by UNIQ.
